AGI-X007F BFI Systems provide complete surface and body inspection, all in a single system for automotive side glass, rear glass, windshields and sun roofs.

AGI-X007F BFI Systems utilize a patented technology that provides automotive glass manufacturers with a complete surface in-process inspection and yield management solutions for flat panels. The systems not only allow manufacturers to improve the quality of their products, but also improve their manufacturing processes and increase productivity.

This system is suitable for applications where side edge inspection is not required. It will perform full surface (top and bottom) inspection at production speeds. It is available in standard resolution and high resolution for more critical application requiring detection of smaller defects.
