ACS - Automated Candling System
The SynergX’s Automated Candling System is a machine vision solution capable of detecting the presence of glass particles and other foreign material in transparent containers. The system is capable to detect the presence of glass particles as small as 0,5 mm in size. Combine with the IFD-100, it represents a reliable strategy to detect process anomalies generating the presence of glass or other foreign particles in filled containers. It is based on SynergX's IP-1000 Multi-Point Inspection Platform and can be used in conjunction with other inspection functions.
