FA300 - In Filler soft explosion detection and fill level measurement system
The FA300 is a system capable of accurately measuring the fill level in a translucid container. It is installed directly in the bottle filler and can be combined a filler valve monitor system to identify which fill valves are consistently producing short or high fills.
The FA300 system brings further improvements to product quality around bottle filling. This includes the ability to detect soft explosion and misaligned filler tubes which both can generate finish damage glass inclusions.
