SynergX offers a variety of services to assist its customers in maintaining an effective installation of their SynergX solutions. These services keep the onsite personnel knowledgeable, the software current and the equipment running at a high level of performance. SynergX is also interested in participating in your efforts when process or product changes are implemented.
Services Available

Three levels of Service Kits available:
- Preventive Maintenance Kit
- Basic Maintenance Kit
- Master Maintenance Kit
- Onsite troubleshooting
In lieu of or with the onsite calibration and preventive maintenance visit or as an additional service.
- Onsite training sessions
Held during the onsite calibration and preventive maintenance visit.
- Classroom training courses
Held at SynergX.
- Software updates
- By modem or during a scheduled visit.
- Includes corresponding updates to the documentation.
- System upgrades
- Software and/or hardware. This refers to major changes in the product.
- Includes updates to the documentation.
- Hot line
- 24-hour Technical Support using a pager call back method. Calls returned within 2 hours.
- Remote diagnostics.
- Access to the system via modem by SynergX Technical Support staff.
- Remote system verification
- System accessed via modem to perform advanced diagnostics and performance reviews.
- Problems are either resolved directly or the plant is advised as to actions required.
- Audit Performance
Done initially during commissioning stage to prove and fine tune system. Can be repeated occasionally to validate the process or process changes.
